About

Hi, I’m Kyle!

A blend of curiosity, creativity, and compassion. My journey into UX design began in an unexpected way. Originally a property manager, my career took a pivotal turn when I participated in—and won—my first hackathon. This experience was a revelation; it showed me that my core skills could be used to have a positive impact people at scale via Apps and websites. Now, as a UX designer, I’m dedicated to using my expertise to help others have positive digital experiences.

How I got here …

I was previously working in property management when I entered into a hackathon and won with my team. That lead me to see my abilities translated to User Experience Design and I left my job to peruse skills where I could make a huge positive impact on the world and operate in my passion.

The day after I completed my UX bootcamp I worked on Goodfynd. My cofounders and I eventually raised over $1.9M to grow a business that would bring value and growth to other businesses.

Won First Place twice at IATA Airline Hackathon. We integrated our systems into the airlines and gave a live demo during the pitch presentation.

Here I pitched with Head Of Stable Operations at Gatwick Airport and Won 2nd place at IATA Airline Hackathon in Poland. I worked with heads of airline companies to help use tech to help reduce millions in airline waste.

Pitching my company Goodfynd at the SeedSpot Accelerator program. Fun fact I created all of our pitch decks!

Judge for Pitch Competition. I enjoy helping others by sharing the lessons I’ve learned.
